TieKuanyin, also called Iron Goddess of Mercy, is one of the most popular oolong from Anxi, Southern Fujian.
It enjoys the reputation of "green leaves floating in bright red with ever lasting fragrance". A recent Japanese research shows that daily consumption of Oolong tea (3-4 cups) is effective in the control of body weight. Oolong tea is a partially-fermented tea, beween green tea (unfermented) and black tea (fermented). When brewed, it turns to a golden amber and the flavor to a complex, invigorating cup.
Shui Hsien or Shui Xiang, means Narcissus oolong. It is one of the most popular oolong tea from Famous Wuyi Mountain in Fujian. Dried tea leave are aromatic with a hint of honey.
